I loved this compressor since day one. No issues other than the plastic and PEX on the bottom drain valve. It leaked and eventually blew out because it had a crack from a factory defect or shipping. I replaced it with stainless and copper. No leaks now and it works just fine. Best piston driven pump compressor I've used which is almost every day and it doesn't miss a beat.

Received in early November extremely well packaged (Kudos to PUMA!!). Compressor appearance is excellent. Easy set-up. Much quieter than previous compressor. I've only had one issue. After five days of use, the start capacitor on the motor went out. I contacted PUMA and was told that they do not carry just the capacitor. So what did they do instead? They sent an entire replacement motor with really no questions asked other than where to send it!!!!! To say I was stunned is an understatement. I am very impressed thus far!!

Great air compressor that operates all my air tools. My first compressor got damaged during shipping, but air compressors direct came through and got me a replacement quickly. This is a fantastic compact unit. It talks the talk and walks the walk. I would definitely buy again.

I bought this compressor because I needed a small frame two stage compressor that I could keep in my garage. The compressor is well built and works well. It's pump is fairly quiet compared to a single stage. The only issue was the copper tubing coming from the pump to the tank was pulled off on the tank end( flared fittings).
I've used it on a cnc plasma and I haven't had a single issue with it keeping up with longer cuts or larger batch cuts.

Got this to replace a 40+ year old compressor. So far, I am very happy with this purchase. Relatively quiet and does what it is supposed to do. Overall quality is very good. Hope this one lasts 40+ years as my old one. I'll be 105 by then!

The compressor was shipped surrounded by pallets and arrived with no damage. The line running from the compressor to the tank was not done very well where they bent the tube at the flare which I replaced. Also was not thrilled with the plastic drain tube so I replaced it with a brass elbow, 6" nipple and connected a automatic drain valve.Ran the pump no load for 30 min and took about 5min to fill. Overall happy with the experience, shipping was fast.

The compressor came very well crated and wrapped. The installation went well without any issues. I am pleased that the decibel level was lower than most compressors of its size. The compactness of the compressor and lower decibel level was critical for the size of my shop. The only issue that I have found is that the pressure in the tank drops on its own over a few hours, apparently there is a small leak somewhere. I haven't taken the time to troubleshoot it by spraying some soap solution on the fittings to see where that leak is.
Outside of that I'm happy with the performance and quality of the compressor - the lower decibel level and that it charges up within just a few minutes. I also added a Tsunami auto drain valve to the compressor which works very well. As mentioned by others it takes a bit of plumbing to tie the Tsunami to the compressor. Fortunately the factory installed drain valve is threaded to a fitting on one of the support feet for easy access. Looking forward to years of service from this compressor.
