I checked your file, and you should have received 3 status update emails from us on 1/31, 2/1, and 2/28. You may want to check your Junk Mail folder if you didn't receive them.
However, I didn't see where Quincy sent us a tracking number for the shipment of your air compressor- which is unusual. That's what would trigger our email to you with the link to the shipper so you could monitor the location of your order. I've asked our Post Sales team to look into this and make sure it doesn't happen again.
The shipping company should have called you to set up a time to deliver your compressor, but I apologize that we didn't keep you informed about the status of your order.

I'm building a Cobra kit car and needed a compressor that would deliver quality air for my needs. I had an old Craftsman 5 hp 30 gallon single stage and wanted something with more capacity and quieter operation. I'm running DA sanders and will be shooting primer and paint with this unit.
I bought the QT-5 MAX model with the after-cooler to help drop moisture from the air, and you can really feel the difference in the pipe temp. before & after the cooler. The low oil cutoff switch is nice but since the sight glass is at eye level I don't know that I needed it.
The other item on this model is an automatic drain which operates at every 20 psi drop in the tank pressure this I could do without and will probably change to a simple manual valve.
I had a tricky time getting this off the delivery pallet but luckily I have an engine hoist with just enough reach that I could safely raise and lower the unit onto the floor. Perhaps buy the QT PRO model and find your own after-cooler if you want one...
Running a Milton 1072-2 filter / reg. / coalescer & desiccant dryer combo for air treatment.
