I installed this heater in a 3 car garage where I work on project vehicles. I could have spent less money but I have purchased REZNOR heaters in the past and I consider them to be top of the line. It was also important to get a vented heater which this one is. It was a purchase well worth the money.

The price was a little higher that Mr Heater, but is a lot better quality. I was very impressed when I fired up the first time. Don't know how they get that kind of heat out of such a small package.

Installed in a 45’ x 50’ building with good insulation. Roof height is about 22’ at the peak so lots of air volume. I have no regrets I could have maybe ordered a slightly lower BTU heater but so far everything is working great.

Exceeded expectations after it was installed, which, by the way was very easy to do because it was lighter than any other heaters in its class. The C.F.M. Output on the fan motor is astronomical. It really thrust the heat out with great force. I have an odd shaped garage, a 15’ wide x 45’ deep and set it up halfway into the 45 mark and heated the whole garage relatively fast. To put icing on the cake it is super quiet. The ol’ adage you get what you pay for especially holds true when it comes to garage heaters. Reznor is known throughout the commercial industry as being very, very dependable. Believe me, I did my homework on this one. You WON’T be disappointed with a Reznor garage heater
