Tripping Breaker
By Raymond v. H.

Review Posted 02/25/2016
Ever since we've had this unit when it starts up shuts its hits real hard it's kind of noisy and it has been performing very well we've had it for over a year but we use it very little. Since we're not in the shop very often. Now it's tripping the breaker after cycling on and off a few times.. I think they should come with isolating pads when you by the unit

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with your air compressor. This unit has a 1 year Factory Warranty warranty, so you may want to give the folks at Rolair a call at 920-349-3281 for warranty service in your area. Please have the serial number of your unit handy when you call them. I checked our files and didn't see where you purchased your unit from us, but Rolair may also ask for a copy of your invoice.
You may also want to check and make sure you haven't added more tools or appliances to the circuit the compressor is on, since you don't use it very often. The extra demand could contribute to your breaker tripping.

I'm happy with the compressor... had two before and truly like Rol-Air as a company... Quality product and last a long time.
However, I'm not real happy with "Air Compressors Direct."
When the compressor arrived, I sent an e-mail to Air Compressors Direct asking for the recommended vibration isolators for this model mounted on a concrete slab. I received no response what-so-ever.
My guess is this company is more interested in sales and VERY LACKING on customer support.
You can buy all their compressors elsewhere for about the same money and get substantially better customer support.
Won't use Air Compressors Direct again.
