No high/low marking on the dipstick? Keeping the oil at the proper level is probably the most important thing you need to do, and the fact that there’s no marking on the dipstick is pretty ridiculous.

As was expected fast shipping w well built AAA triplex pump has plenty of pressure the Honda motor runs great starts on first pull I've only had one week cleaned my patios/ aluminum screen rooms, walkways ect . Very pleased so far .

Simpson shortened the aluminum handle so that only a 5 year old can move it. I needed to locktite all nuts and bolts since many of them came loose after 1 hour of use....Very poor quality control.

Well, it looks good, it's lightweight, the engine runs like a champ, but there's one small problem - the pump doesn't work. Turned it on this weekend to use it for the first time and the pump won't build pressure. Talked to Simpson on the phone and long story short, I had to take it to a service center before it ever washed a single thing! Hopefully when I get it back it runs.

Originally the pressure washer was received with a couple of missing parts and no serial number on the unit. The parts were minor and sent to me quickly! The Serial Number took a bit longer… but I am happy to report I received the serial number sticker with a really nice apology letter today! I am back to being a happy Pressure Washers Direct customer again.

Honda commercial engine speaks for itself, but this is the second one I have ordered from them that has arrived with shipping damage, between Simpson’s packing, and FedEx handling, it is a bad combination… might be better to find a place where you can pick it up and inspect it when you buy

The unit arrived, added oil and fuel and out of the box would not fire no fuel. Also you could feel rubbing inside the engine when trying to start. Primed engine and it would start briefly but sounded horrible, like it was eating itself. Plastic pieces fell out of the engine cover. Contacted Pressure Washers Direct and they would not replace unit as it had gas and oil in it (not sure how you'd know it wouldn't run without adding gas and oil...). They will not replace a bad brand new unit, they want me to take it in for repair. Repair places are two+ months out from even looking at it. I need this unit now.
Just wanted to make people aware that you are basically on your own if you have a problem. Unit is probably nice when the engine is functioning normally, but I would never buy anything from this company again after my experience.

We apologize that the unit is having issues. Engine-powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty.
