Wouldn't Buy Another Honda Powered Pressure Washer

This seemed to be a great pressure washer when I bought it and used it the first time. The next day I went out to my garage and found a puddle of oil under it. This is the second Honda powered that I own that leaks oil. Once bitten twice shy. I will not own another small Honda engine powered anything! The pump and other parts are great and highly recommended.

Honda would need to be contacted directly at (772) 461-4486 to start the warranty process if you have not done so yet. Very powerful pressure washer. Does the job.
Only issue is I'm not getting the proper seal on the wand. Making for a drenched cleaner. For some strange reason when the wand isn't pressed the washer will stall out.

I read the manual, followed the instructions and after using the pressure washer for about 10 the bolts that attach the pump to the motor backed out. 1 fell out completely. Paid $850, they could have used thread locker. Waiting to see what else goes wrong.

This arrived pristine, but the throttle could not be moved. I had to loosen the bolt holding the throttle lever to move after removing the air filter. Once warm, ran like a charm...instructions are really basic and not easy to follow, poor diagrams in the brochure.

I had to return the first pressure washer because the FedEx driver decided to roll it through my yard and it was all twisted up. I ask for the replacement not to be delivered by FedEx and the customer service representative put it in the notes and sure enough I got a shipping notice from FedEx with a tracking number. I called but it was too late FedEx already picked it up. FedEx is the WORST delivery company ever.
