Followed the setup and first time use instructions but no pressure. Called support and was told the washer could not be returned because it was used. Hmm, it never worked but they consider it used. They told me Northern Tool & Equipment was an authorized repair center. When I got to Northern Tool, they told me they do not have any service technicians. I called Pressure Washers Direct again and the rep told me she’d find another service location…two weeks later and still no follow up call with another service location. Steer clear of this place.

I am happy with my Simpson Pressure Washer. It works well. My only issue is cord and hose storage. The cord has a velcro strap to hang the rolled up hose on. The hose has nothing. I roll it up and place it over the handle. That works, but could be better.
