The washer seems to be well made. I wanted a name brand motor which is why I got the Kohler. I read some negative reviews about the shipping where the unit arrived covered in oil from the included oil pack rupturing and covering everything in the box. But this one arrived fine. I had difficulty installing the handle because the widths were different. I just lined them up as best as I could and coaxed it with a dead blow hammer. That was disappointing. The wand comes in 2 pieces and has to be assembled. There was metal inside the wand from where they pressed the fittings on. I had to dig that out with a pick before screwing them together. I also read some negative reviews where the soap would not pick up and I hope I don't have that problem.

Purchased this machine on a Wednesday and never received confirmation of the order by Tuesday. Never processed the order and found a local merchant that was the same price for pick up. Called to cancel the order which they did but said it may take 48 hours to go through. Figured ok, you haven’t even processed it yet so we’re good. Wouldn’t you know that 6 hours later not only did they process the order, a label was created that confirmed the order and it’s on its way. Stupid system and I sold this one that showed up a week later for a $50 loss. Will never by anything “direct” again. Worst customer service ever. Let’s see if this review even makes the list.

First and foremost, thank you for your purchase. We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback and certainly understand your aggravation. The order was placed on 08/02 and this model takes 2-5 Business Days (does not include weekends) to ship out from the Simpson facility. We received your request for cancellation on 08/07 and immediately emailed the vendor to cancel but the vendor was already processing the order through their system. The label was created on 08/04 and in transit on 08/08 per the FedEx tracking. Unfortunately, once the label is created it's too late to cancel the order. It may help to know that we read every review, no matter how many stars it was given our customer feedback is the best way to improve our service.

I purchased my power washer Jan 18, 2022, due to weather conditions, I am now able to use my gas power washer WPX3400. This equipment is all that they say it will be. strong water flow, and easy to control, easy to use, it met all of my expectations. was able to clean all of my outdoor to do items. I highly recommend this power washer.

Worked great for two months used it about ten times then just starts and shuts off. Checked everything oil plug, gas on-off switch, air filter. Just bought another one last month 3100 psi it's doing fine I use it three times a week for washing cars so far so good.
