I purchased this product a month ago and have not been able to use it. I unboxed the surface cleaner and it did not work. I called Pressure Washers Direct to get a replacement and they told me that I had to call Simpson because they like to deal with their customers. I called Simpson and they said they couldn't replace it due to it being a commercial product and that I would have to take it to their repair service dealer. I took it there and they stated that they are busy and couldn't look at it for a week. I reluctantly agreed. I called back for a follow up and the repair shop is saying that they can't get the parts list from Simpson. This has been going on for weeks and I still do not have a surface cleaner nor a replacement one and it is costing me money. If you value customer service and reliable equipment, I would think twice about purchasing this surface cleaner.

I order this surface cleaner 3 weeks ago and have not been able to use the product due to it not working when it was delivered. I called Pressure washer to have it replaced but was told that Simpson likes to deal with their customers. I called Simpson to get it replaced and was told since it was a commercial item it couldn't be replaced but rather sent to a service shop. I got their service shop and took the cleaner there and they said they couldn't
look at it for at least two weeks. I am still without a workable product and neither company cares! I am starting up a business and the products I have received are unreliable. Both companies took payment and now neither will provide a workable product.

I bought this surface cleaner to clean my long driveway annually. Last year when it was new, the surface cleaner worked great. I cleaned and stored it all winter properly. I get it out this year to clean my driveway again and it doesn't spin on its own. As others have stated, it's non-serviceable.
I also notice now, the price has gone up $70 from when I purchased it. Unfortunately, I bet they haven't used that price difference to improve a known defect in the product.

This surface machine is hard to operate because it has no guide casters. The machine slows down and stops spinning during operation and causing zebra streaks on the surface. I am using the recommended Simpson pressure washer with this product.

I bought this when it was at 350. It has handled a year of light use well. I have cleaned about 1-3 residential properties a month with this. It works great and handles different surfaces and weeds well. It does not get handled with care and now one year later it is still working. The handle seems to be getting a bit loose now so I am concerned it is going to give me trouble soon but it has done well so far.
