Bought this as an extra hose. Tried it out today and leaked it from the female quick connect section. Not sure if it's just poor manufacture quality or comes with a bad o-ring. Going to look into it more tomorrow when I get the chance.

Leaked From The Crimped End The First Time I Used It

Bought this hose and when received it plugged it in and one of the crimped end leaked pretty bad. Called the company and they said it had a 90-day warranty. They were also going to send a link for me to upload photos. After 3 calls with no follow up I gave up. Just took it to a local auto parts store to have new end put on. Costs 30 bucks but at least I can use it. Terrible customer service.

This hose is a beast, hundred-foot what more could you ask for? Good quality don’t be cheap and get a cheaper one! It gets a little stiff in the beginning but the more you use it the better it gets! if you’re looking for 100-foot hose this is the hose you need to get. What are you waiting for buy the thing.

The coating makes it easier to move around the work site. I can measure the pressure drop across the the hose when in operation. I have an increase of pressure at the cleaning wand of almost 350psi over the old hose. The customer service was excellent, the order arrived quickly with all the materials ordered. Good people to work with!

This pressure hose is SO UNFORGIVING! It stays solid like a brick. You can't move around and clean something. It fights you every step of the way! It weighs a ton, stays stiff, so you can't maneuver - because it will not budge. Get one that changes as you change. It is not easy to use.

The hose is extremely stiff, it kinks, and the first 100' of 2 I bought busted in under 3 months. Highly not recommended. Pay the extra $30 for better quality, functionality, and overall performance.

We are very sorry the hose was not up to your standards. The MH10038QC - Simpson Monster 100-Foot (3/8") 4500 PSI High-Pressure Hose w/ Quick Connectors us a professional grade with steel braids and is heavy-duty. Unfortunately, there was only a 90-day warranty on the hoses and at this time it has passed the warranty time in order for us to replace the hoses. If anything like this happens in the future please call us or the manufacturer Simpson who directly provided the warranty and could have replaced the hoses.

This is a very nice 100’ hose that works great on larger jobs. Do yourself a favor and get a hose reel with a connector hose to attach to your pressure washer. This hose is a beast to uncoil and re-coil by hand. A Reel makes the job a snap.

The first couple passes with the hose were a little tough. To be expected with a steel braided hose. After it got it broken in and wasn't self-wound it's my go to hose. Durable and can handle any job I come across. Just order the 200ft monster.
