Pressure washer arrived with a broken plastic thing that attaches to the front to hold hose and attachments. Had no problem getting them replaced by Stanley.

Received it and couldn’t even get it to start up. Tried different types of gasoline grades and even took it apart. Finally got it to start up and then every 30 seconds it shuts off and most of the time won’t even run again. Not worth $300 headache.

The first disclaimer is that I am a first-time power washer purchaser. I have used our power washer 3 times. I am a relatively strong woman (to give some reference, I can do several pull-ups and weigh 150 pounds:-) but find this piece of equipment difficult to maneuver. I don't think it is the weight of it so much as the wheels. It doesn't roll easily up and down our deck steps.
The third time I used it, the wheel cracked completely off the machine. We bought the model 9 months ago and store it in a dry place. I thought the Pressure Washers Direct would send us a new wheel out of courtesy but they did charge me about $12 for the wheel and an additional $9 for the S&H. Other than that, it is a fine model.

The washer works very well. When I received it but wheels were cracked. I called for replacements and they are back ordered but should arrive shortly. My only real heartburn with the system is that it consumes large amounts of gas in a short period of time and/or the gas tank is small. The system needs to be refilled at least once every 30 minutes. I have tried to locate an auxiliary tank with no success. It cleans very well but it is disconcerting to be on a ladder, washing a section of the house and the system shuts off, without warning, and that is because it is out of gas.

When I first used it the wheel fell off the plastic frame on the wheel was cracked and also the bonnett had a screw that was broke off I was not happy. Also, when it's running it smells like plastic is burning.

Poor customer service. Bought unit three weeks ago noticed when I opened box piece that holds hoses and accessories was broken. Called customer service got hung up on three times when finally getting someone was told that I would get a replacement piece in a week and still nothing yet. Was thinking about purchasing a zero turn tractor not sure I want to spend 4K and they can’t even provide me a simple plastic piece to replace the broken one
