Poor design

Received trimmer, and packaging was excellent. Mower was in good shape (i.e. no damage). It was easily taken from shipping to using with very little effort. Started easy and still does.
The problem came with the 24" v belt. When adjusted as instructed, it would not fully engage, thus mowing was at less than full speed and power. It was impossible to use and not bog down to a full stop. I purchased a 23" v belt which is too short and was able to use the mower with out the clutch feature.
I tried various settings on the adjustment to no avail. Now I own one more poorly engineered piece of lawn equipment that just sits there until I "fix" it.

Received trimmer. Started fine, engaged trimmer head. Ran for approx. 50 feet and stopped. Cable was bad.
Called Swisher and finally was referred to a repair shop in GA. I live in TN but the repair shop was about 40 minutes away. They fixed it no charge. Got home, started the trimmer and it ran for approximately 20 minutes and the trimmer head stopped and the cable did the same as before. I am totally dissatisfied with this product.

It makes my trimming a lot easier, but I wish that it was a little smaller... You should consider making one a little smaller with the same features......
