Worst Mower Ever
By Jay S.

Review Posted 04/04/2014
I have had this mower for about two years now and it has broken in so many ways. The engine on the mower is a Honda Crv and it is wonderful but the mower design is what is the problem. You stop the mower by pushing the stop button on the mowers left arm and this has broken maybe 8 times on me. Also when you release the pull bar the blades are supposed to stop but the mower still runs. The wires that control this feature always rip out of the left arm control box because they are only attached to the control with one small soldered dot. Ridiculous!!. A PAIN IN THE.. well you get it. The mower also cost a small fortune because I let myself be talked into the aluminum deck. The left handle bar actually just snapped in two on me which is another big out of pocket cost. A money pit is what this mower is!! Save yourself the trouble and by another brand. Like a Cub Cadet!!

The ultimate mower, toro & Honda together!

I had the top of the line Honda but just couldn't hold all the levers down anymore. I recently broke my shoulder & couldn't keep both hands on the mower all the time. The Toro let's me use one arm when I need to. I do wish it had the 190 engine instead of the 160 like my old Honda did, but the 160 seems to be fine on power so far. I love it.

I ordered my mower from Mowers Direct online. In about a week, it was delivered to my door in an undamaged carton. I was able to track the shipment easily and it was delivered at the time I was told. In all I saved about $90.00 by buying it online. it was a good experience.
