We have only used it twice, but it does the job for a few inches. The heavy slush was a struggle for it. Overall we really like this machine!

Order went smooth, good communication on delivery and got it in 6 days via Fedex.
Don't get why they only give you quick start instructions but the setup could not have been simpler. Added oil, gas and with more pulls than I'd liked mainly because it's new it started and I ran it for 10 minutes.
Obviously, I haven't cleared snow with it but I did my homework and it will perform well baring any problems. If there are problems I have no idea how Toro will handle them but otherwise this has been a very simple and satisfactory experience.

Kinda Overpriced

Years back Snow Blowers Direct delivered the electric start 400.00 Toro and was great to buzz the driveway in about 20 minutes for 2-3-4 inches of snow. .. instead of dragging out the 6 horsepower, workout blower.
After 9 years it needed an overhaul..leaking gasoline..friends said the carburetor bowl gasket probably rotted/ deteriorated. Not wanting to deal with it and looking for trouble-free and bigger...
So purchased from them a 2+ times power Toro single blower. Good blower... Doesn’t stall at the street and since I never needed the electric start on the early one..skipped it on this bigger one. But the brand new it needs 2-3 starts and stalls if you don’t prime it 10 times.. hmm not like the old Toro.
Not like the old days... hopefully not built in China or China parts.
2nd use and noticed a 2 round gasoline rainbow puddle in the driveway...crap..it’s why I bought a new one...
Called Snowblowers Direct and then forwarded it to Toro. No people, animated to call the Toro dealer next town under mine of NH. in Mass.
Call the guy and Ed’s small engines, they are not doing warranty work on Toro. Ok call back and snowblowers say go to Milford NH. Country stores. Very nice professional guy says we can come and get it, I’ll bring in the new and the old, (fix the old and give to my daughter was the plan..the guy was so helpful)
Storm coming in 5 days, I show up with both..leaking gas...
Guy says we can start today! Thanks..when I get back home about an hour later..they called because the new one had too much oil and the old one doesn’t leak gasoline but we can overhaul the old for 195.00 bucks. No gasoline leak?.? Found a puddle on the garage floor last spring ...no thanks.. we smelled gas 3 times last spring.
Show up the next day to pick up and ..63.00 bucks. 25 for the first under warranty and 25.00 for the old one estimate and 13 for non-ethanol gas for the old one where we had it totally drained. I paid and thanks.. maybe not gasoline in the new one ..thankfully I had the best 400.00 job professional driveway sealer done on the driveway. I followed the directions to put in the oil they supplied but their container was too much? Says 20 ounces.
Anyhow figured the hot oil dripped out and created the rainbow-colored puddle. As for my old one..can’t kinda fix it and give it to my daughter.
Snowblowers direct we’re very helpful but not to repeat my dad, America doesn’t make anything here, and overseas sends us poorly made parts/ products. Wish I just found a local guy to fix

No Manual With Product
By Steve B.
Utah
Review Posted 01/27/2023
When I receive the snowblower there was no manual to inform me that I needed to use premium gas in order for the machine to run. I have always used regular gasoline with all my snowblowers, so this was a problem, to begin with as I had to get on line to find out what I was doing wrong. Need to include a manual with the product, spend a few cents more, and include it.

Quality Machine

Review Posted 01/05/2023
Nice machine. We have 4 of them now and used them for commercial use. Sure beats a shovel. Easy to push and fairly light weight to toss into your vehicle and transport. Quick start and doesn’t require much maintenance. I don’t care for the on-off key. I’d rather just have a switch.
