Great Purchase

The purchase with Snow Blowers Direct was smooth and straight forward. Price was less than several other sources I researched. The Toro Power Clear Snow Blower I purchased was in stock, and arrived to my home in about a week (just in time to clear a snow fall). The set up was easy. I've used it twice since, and it works as well as I hoped.

This snowblower works. We’ve had record snow this year and this machine does the job. No problems whatsoever. I can also recommend snowblowersdirect.com. They shipped quickly. Priced right. Happy customer.

I Would Not Buy This Product Again, Especially From This Company

This snow blower broke the second time I used it. A cable snapped and a piece that is under the cover broke. Because it is too heavy to for me to lift and take in to be fixed, I have to wait until someone can do that for me. I paid almost 900.00 for a blower that didn’t even work. Then when I wanted it returned, they told me I had to take it to be fixed and could not return it.

I had battery based, I had big machines too heavy to move and maneuver. Light, powerful, one pass does the trick.
The best.

Had a 20 yr old Toro blower that still worked great. Needed an electric start because of a back concern. This new blower surpasses my old one. It is quieter, more efficient, and easier to use. Especially like the remote chute control. Toro came through again!

Toro!!!

This is a really good Toro snowblower. The motor is very powerful and gets through tall heavy snow with ease. I did although have issues when it initially arrived, it was defective. Had to take it to a Toro repair shop which took roughly 2 weeks to get back (during major winter storms in Ohio). The issue was covered under warranty. Contacted Snowblowers Direct and they offered a store credit which was unacceptable, so I placed another call to them and received a small credit off the price. To be clear, it is not Snowblowers Direct fault that the Toro product was defective however they are who I purchased the product from! Ultimately, I am satisfied with this Toro snowblower

For the price I paid, I was unhappy when the blower stopped the second time I used it. A piece broke off and the line which controls the blower broke. I was told I needed to take the blower to a Toro dealership to get it fixed. I am a 70 year old woman and cannot even lift this into my car. I just wanted to send it back for a different one. I am not a happy customer!

Great Easy To Use Snowblower

Review Posted 02/04/2022
Product was very easy to assemble. It came mostly pre-assembled. Received it just in time for a small snowstorm. It seems to do a great job I don’t have a large area to clear. I had some leftover compacted snow from a previous storm and it went through all that. Seems pretty powerful easy to manage. This is my first snowblower I can’t compare but I do like it that it’s manageable and quite adequate for my needs.
