This is my 2nd Toro TimeCutter. 1st was an SS3200 and still use as a back-up. So far, the new one is performing well. It was a pleasure to do business with Mowers Direct. Everything went as they said it would.

Bought this machine because of limited access between front and back yard. Machine was delivered in a huge crate, fortunately I paid $50 extra for lift-gate service. After 2 hours of unpacking it took only a few minutes to get it started. I am amazed by the weight (450+ lbs) but once you use it, it is pretty agile and easy to cut around corners. In high gear it is real fast and you have to be careful with the hydrostat handles. With the weight also comes a rigid frame and good quality details. I'm sure that with the correct maintenance this machine can last forever.

After 2.8 hours on meter, Brake Control Module failed. Module was replaced under warranty. However, it required towing a 40 mile trip, one way, and two trips to repair facility, to take and pick up. Seems the brake system is excessively complex for such a minor function.
Surely the Toro engineers can do better than this. After having owned the product two months have only been able to use it twice. Needless to say, I was less than happy. Makes a pretty garage decoration. Warranty service was excellent except for transportation/availability.

This time cutter does a great job at mowing my yard that is full of obstacles and two small gates that this TimeCutter SS3225 fits though with just a bit of attention. I have many trees and hate to rake so with my backpack blower I got from these guys too I move all the leaves to the grass and mulch em up, and this mower does a great job at that.
Oh and put on the mulch kit and away you'll go A+ AND VERY FAST SHIPPING!
