Got it filled up and started. Everything appears good. Haven’t had a reason to run in long term yet. I just wish they didn’t give you a quart of oil when it takes less than half of a quart. I overfilled thinking it would be at least a half needed. The instruction doesn’t list a capacity. It just says there might be some residual oil from factory test.

Like all Westinghouse engines, this one doesn't disappoint. I filled the included oil (the location is a little tricky), pushed the start button, and voila! The engine started right away with no hesitation. You cannot beat the price that PED was selling the unit and I'm trying amazed it got here in three days! The extendable handle makes moving a breeze and the 50 lbs isn't too awful to pick up.

The unit arrived in about 3 days via FedEx - thank you, PED! I was leary based on some reviews about past deliveries. I added the oil, hooked up the gen to propane and pushed the start button. It fired up on the first try. I have a smaller wGen by Westinghouse that is gas only and a manual start that takes a few tries. This one purred while connecting the load. It is so quiet compared to the 12,500 open-frame Westinghouse generator and is light enough to pick up or roll with the integrated handle. Good choice for winter blackouts.
