I’m not a novice. I’ve been in wash business for seven years. The caster wheels do not turn with the ease. They get stuck, and I have to force the movement of the cleaner. I don’t know if they were just cheap caster that were put on this model, but it is a pain in the butt. to use. My previous 24 inch surface cleaner rolled anywhere. I wanted it to roll. As far as the cleaner itself is concerned it does a fantastic job. Something needs to be done about the wheels.

This surface cleaner makes a hard job a lot easier. Just make sure the nozzles doesn't get trash in them. That definitely kills the performance.

Quality product cleans very well, the only upgrade I would suggest is the swivel on wheels need sealed bearings, dirt, and grit clog up the ball bearings creating an issue with the swivel, cleaned and lubricated multiple times during a 3 hour use.

Quiet. Covers a large area, cleans even. Seems very well built, easy to maneuver and load up. Seems very well put together. Have about 20 hours in it and I love it.

Screws to the frame came undone and lost after third use. Both sprayer nozzles clogged and stopped working after Thursday’s use. Fell like I’m always working on it.

Omg! Went from cold water 4gpm 4000psi 15" surface cleaner to this beast using 8gpm hot water at 3500psi! Got done 3x faster. Didn't even have to wand the dirt off either. I can actually make calls using it because it's so quiet too! Highly recommend!

The Classic, is a 19 pound 20" tornado under that cover. Have had mine 7 years. Does great job on driveways and walkways sporting dual 25 degree nozzles on mine.

I used my unit last Sunday and the Whisper Wash works great, but I do not think there is enough info on the regulator because if it is all the way up to 4000 psi and I turn the red switch off, it stops the engine very abruptly and it backfires.
If you throttle it down its better, but I found if you keep the trigger depressed it stops more smoothly with no pressure. Please let me know any other tips on this unit, and if you know of a product that would help remove baked in oil stain on cement.
