1st day using the wheels locked up and you literally are struggling trying to move this thing around. Casters get grit in them and it becomes very difficult to clean a straight line. I’m actually contacting to return it. This item needs sealed bearings unless it’s not made to clean concrete.

I purchased this surface cleaner before and works perfectly until they change the wheels.
These wheels get stuck and is very hard to control the surface cleaner in one direction.
I hope they solve this issue or find similar wheels that works fine.
I received a new set of wheels but I still have the same problem.
I don’t know what else to do.

This Thing Is Huge, But Don't Worry

If you have the machine with the GPM (8+) to run this, buy it! When it's delivered you will think "holy crap this thing is huge, what have I done?! " But don't worry, just use it. A few things will happen. 1. You will feel very small using this. 2. You will cut your surface cleaning time in half. 3. You will wonder how you ever lived without this beast!

I purchased this for our large upcoming jobs. I included my machine, but the tips didn't match. I also thought it was a 4 tip, but it was 2. It left stripes and I and my helper were soaked.
I reached out to Whisper Wash. No questions asked, they sent the right tips for 2 (which didn't work for my 8 gpm) and at the same time sent a 4 tip with appropriate tips for what I was expecting to get. It isn't perfect since there was some damage in shipping and it isn't worth my time. I'll definitely think 3 times before using Pressure Washers Direct even if the price is a little lower since it cost me so much money and they don't care. Whisper Wash, though I had challenges, stepped up as I would have hoped, and definitely better than many companies would.

Covers a lot of area in a shorter amount of time. Easier than using a wand. Keep a slower steady pace it'll help to avoid striping. Hopefully it'll hold up for a while.
