An Essential and Operational Business

As an essential online business, our locations remain operational to serve your needs. However, in-person, local ordering options have been suspended until the CDC, State Government, and our Employee Health & Safety Department say it is safe to resume. 

Will-Call orders at our Bolingbrook, IL warehouse are currently available with limited hours of 9 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday. Look for signage at the facility that pertains to our modified Will-Call procedures, which are aligned to the State of Illinois' mandates & best practices.

On-site and Off-site Staffing

Our Sales Center and Customer Support associates are currently working remotely and are still available to answer your call, e-mail, or chat. If you can't find an answer by utilizing our resources online, (How-To Library and Help Center), and need to speak with a product expert or customer support representative, keep in mind that you may experience longer than usual wait times. Consider taking advantage of our callback feature, when available.

Our "969 Warehouse Crew" are also continuing to work tirelessly on-site to make sure that every order gets out the door, on time, safely, and securely.

Our inventory and supply chain remains strong. The information on our websites, such as product availability, stock, and shipping times, are all refreshed automatically with the most up-to-date information from our manufacturing and shipping partners. In case of a possible processing delay, we make every effort to contact our customers with updates, and we encourage customers to check for local delivery delays.
