I have run this new motor about 4 hours through the break in period and its awesome and quiet. PED sent the manufacturer's certificate of origin (although it took about 5 weeks after my request), which I used to get an Ohio title.

Grabbed this 20hp stern drive 15" shaft for our little 14' 4 bench aluminum Lund that replaced the ྎ Evenrude 15hp I purchased new in HS which replaced the Evenrude Fleetline 7.5hp my dad bought new with my grandfather.
The Honda is the most fuel efficient motor that we've had and it's stealth quite making it great for trolling. But it gets used more often by our kids who will be heading off to college in another 1 & 3yrs. When not on their Sparks they are out fishing in their grandpa's ole aluminum Lund and moving around efficiently and quickly thanks to Honda Marine. 2023 has been our family's Honda Year, along with the new outboard is a new Hybrid CRV & Hybrid Accord. Thanks, Honda for your attention to quality, performance, and reliability. I just want this 20hp stern drive Honda Outboard to last and perform as the Evenrude it took the place of. Bought it thinking that it's going to be the 2nd to last stern drive outboard for the 14' aluminum Lund, so we will see what happens over the next 20yrs.

Excellent motor for my 14 foot boat. Starts easily. Well packaged for shipping. Runs great. Someone who is older or has bad shoulders should consider the electric trim, as it is a little heavy.

The 20 HP Honda Four Stroke was everything I had hoped for. Quite and lots of power. My only issue is a small one and that the gear shift lever vibrates and is a bit noisy at certain low RPMS. Other than this small issue the motor is perfect and well built.

Love my new motor, plenty of power for my 14 Lowe. Quiet, great on fuel, still breaking it in, but can’t wait to take it to my fishing spots! I need something dependable to get back, this motor is just the motor to do it!

First thing ordering my outboard from PED was a breeze, they were friendly and very helpful. Delivery of my outboard was very timely and box and outboard was I. Perfect shape. Setting up outboard was a snap came with everything you need 3 gal. Tank fuel line fittings and bulb, all I need to get was motor oil and gas. Cranked on first pull. Great outboard gonna last a long time.

The Honda outboard is everything you'd expect a Honda to be, at an unbeatable price from PED. The shipping was especially impressive. It arrived the same week it was ordered, crated and packaged in the manufacturer box on a pallet, in pristine condition. It was the easiest and most convenient transaction possible.
