Great Product! Fixed My Pressure Washer NOT Shuttinng Off Issue!

This AR pressure washer gun is great, its well made, much better than my original gun that came with my Harbor Freight Portland 1750PSI pressure washer. My pressure washer would not shut off when I released the trigger, after I cleaned out the unloader valve as this is the most common recommended fix for this issue, it still would not shut off however!
So I took a chance on this wand, as wand failure is the other possible problem that can cause a unit to not shut off. Once I hooked this up to my pressure washer it worked like a champ! I love the big soap bottle that comes with this kit and the “pulsating” wand it also has in the kit is neat! The normal “adjustable” wand works better than my original as well.
On a side note: When I first received the sprayer kit it was missing a necessary adapter that had been left out at the factory. I called the number for service listed on the box and had the part in my hand in two days! So AR’s customer service is outstanding as well. If you need a new spray gun for your electric pressure washer I highly recommend it!

It appears that everything was included that was advertised but the box was not taped shut from the warehouse so it could have opened during transport. I would suggest that the boxes be taped closed in the future.

I'm glad you received everything you were supposed to. Boxes come into our warehouse from AR taped or glued shut; we put shipping labels on them and give them to UPS. If the box became un-sealed on our dock one of our guys would have re-sealed it before giving it to UPS!

Brother-in-law had a pressure washer that had a broken wand. It was a cheap one and he bought a new one. I took the old machine and replaced the wand for a fraction of the cost of a new one.
