So for it has been a good piece of equipment, it starts like it suppose to. Suction is ok will not pick up nuts but that's ok.

Had Some Issues

First of all. I bought the hose attachment, which was a big mistake. The hose clamps were too large (ran out of worm gear before they tightened against the hose), and the retaining ring was too small. I called, and they sent me the correct hose clamps, but the same retaining ring. They said I needed a special extra large retaining ring pliers, and seemed surprised I did not have one already. They seemed confident that it would be worth buying one, since they expect me to keep putting the hose on and off. I bought the tool, but still could not get it on, since the ring is just too small. I ended up securing it another way, used it once, then took it off, since it just wasn't worth it.

Secondly, I used it 3 times, and had to take it to the shop, since I could not start it. Apparently, dirt got into the emergency cutoff solenoid, which was not covered under warranty, of course, so I had to pay.

Thirdly, I used it 2 more times, and got a hole in the bag, which I now need to patch somehow.

I will say, that it started with one pull every time (before and after the solenoid issue, of course), and does seem to do a good job picking up the leaves. Better than raking, but the 3 issues made me very frustrated, and now I'm waiting for the next thing to happen. I wish the two reviews I now see were there before I made the purchase, but oh well. I probably wouldn't have bought it, or at least wouldn't have bought the hose attachment.

Works okay, but bag blew apart after four uses

I went to use it at my daughters home and the bag blew a hole in itself which made the machine worthless, bag made of the wrong material for proper operations. I also bought the hose attachment! very hard to install snap ring provided.

We bought this item to vacuum our driveway and areas that get leaves dust ect blown into them. It's okay on leaves, but not good for other things . Blows lots of dust.

You need to wear a protective mask to use this item. I would not buy another. If you want this item back I sell it back for 50% off original cost.

We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with the performance. It is a litter vacuum, so it's designed for cleaning up twigs, leaves, and some small trash that's blown into your yard.
