I don't write many reviews but wanted to let everyone know not to hesitate to ask for advice. I have never owned a pressure washer and did not know which direction to go.
I gave Pressure Washers Direct the needs that I was looking to fill and relied on your recommendation and I am really happy I did. The product that you recommended worked and still works perfectly for what I needed.
Thanks again for being there.

We've built our business on the idea that we should help you buy what you need, not try to sell you whatever has the biggest profit margin- and many years later it's still our pleasure to be helping folks like you!

So far a great product

I wasn't sure about which pressure washer to buy without breaking the bank. So far I am very pleased with this product.
I pulled it out of the box, assembled the handle and wand and put the supplied oil and fuel in it. This thing fired up on the first pull. Even with a long hose the pump took only about 30-45 seconds to prime and I was off.
I've now used it a dozen times, sometimes for several hours at a time and it has been operated well. Starts first pull cold and 2-3 pulls on warm restart.
The only drawback I can tell is the hose to the wand is very rigid and a little difficult to deal with at times. I'm sure that is the case with all washers in this price range.

All the qualities and attributes (quiet, lightweight, solid, great pressure, starting ease, ease of storage, size) for the cost make it likely the best value available.

Did a great job

Had about 5,000 square feet of deck and driveway (all pavers) to clean. Hadn't been cleaned for 12 years so it was pretty dirty. My wife was nervous about the gas powered power washer - thought it would be too dangerous (I'm 64 YO).
On the contrary - the machine was easy to use, did a great job, and I was outside in flip flops for the whole project. Took about 12 hours to complete but would have taken 4 times that long if I didn't purchase the B&S 12" surface cleaner. (Had to buy that at a chain store since PED was out of stock).
Only complaint is that the machine would not start after it ran out of gas till it cooled down - about 15 minutes. When cool it started on the first pull.

I was just checking on line and did not find what I wanted until I stumbled on this on your website- and that was all I needed.
I purchased the pressure washer at a great price, very good machine, my son loves it. It was a great price for his business, also he cleaned my house that really needed it.
Thanks.

After use and have to refill gasoline - unit will not "Hot Start". Have to wait 1/2 to 1 hour to let cool down. Attempted to hold nozzle open and crank but this will not work on my pressure sprayer.

Used the unit to power wash the house no problem. Two weeks later went to clean deck. Started on second pull, used a tank of gas; refilled, started fine, went to use, water flow but no pressure.
Of course no customer support on a Sunday. Will have to take to authorized repair center on Monday.

Used it several times so far - works very well.
I love the "Rapid Start" engine which requires no priming or choke - just turn the switch on and pull the cord.
Exceptional value, especially at the clearance price.
