It's such a nice air compressor in several ways. You can tell it was quality built, and it's def super quiet. However, my primary needs were basic garage uses like airing vehicle tires and using an air hose to clean filters, and unfortunately it is just way too small for those purposes. With an air hose, you will get about 3 seconds of pressure until the tank is empty, no exaggeration. Takes 60 seconds to fill back up, so you're waiting for over 5 minutes to get 12-15 seconds of air pressure from this thing. Made a quick and easy job take much longer than it should have and I can't see any reasonable person actually being able to use this thing effectively or efficiently, making the air compressor, sadly, useless in many ways.
I'd imagine it'd be great for a nail gun, but if you need an air hose don't waste your money b/c you'll just have to upgrade to a larger compressor. Such a shame that all that craftsmanship is of no practical use.
Maybe it'll sell at a yard sale next summer....

I needed a quiet compressor for my taxidermy business. I run several airbrushes at once and this little booger is doing very well. One of the biggest reasons I bought it was 1) advertised quietness and 2) small enough to put below my project desk while painting fish and finishing deer heads. Let me just say they are not lying when they say it is one of the quietest compressors on the market. I scored a big win on this one. Much quieter than my Ingersoll and builds back pressure very fast for airbrushing.
From the feel of the compressor to the components attached, everything seems to be robust. I expect to get many years of service out of this unit.
I did add an air filter to this unit to keep my air clean and dry. Other than that, this thing is amazing out of the box for its intended purpose.

I always wanted a compressor, but didn't want the noise. This one is a dream! I use it for low volume use with a brad nail gun and filling car tires and almost don't even notice when the compressor turns on, it's super quiet, light, so even with a small tank, it just works.

This little guy is great to bring right in the house. I’m finishing up a bath build now and use this semi silent compressor to run the finish nailers and for clean up. Just the ticket for working in tight spaces.

So I have had this little air compressor for a couple of weeks now and have already used it for about 15 hours or so and no issues at all. Everything works just as it should. On my application only because I use it for 30 min at a time before it shuts off to cool down for a few minutes. I added a Noctua 120mm Industrial PPC fan which fits perfect to the front just to keep it running even cooler. I am not recommending anybody add a fan. I added a fan only because my compressor is activated by an automated system and the fan I added keeps it running about 80 degrees cooler. The box says it can be run for 30 to 60 min depending on the psi needed. And it has a thermal overload switch.

A nice, well-built unit, that works flawlessly out of the box. Instruction manual could be better, but there's not a lot to it, and they did the job. I love how quiet this compressor is, and it's easy to schlep around. Build quality seems excellent.
