The Factory Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship during consumer use for 5 years. If you have an issue you would call the CAT Pumps folks at 763-780-5440.

I have used this model of CAT pump for years. First time using PED as a supplier. Experience was good. Only cons were this:
1. Shipping was a slow even for using the free shipping option. Took 10 days from Florida to Montana.
2. Asked PED if the pump could be used right or left drive - was told that this pump was not set up for both but could be converted. I knew better so I bought it anyway. This pump can always be used either side.
3. Had to buy the unused shaft cover.

This unit ships from the manufacturer- that's the "direct" part of Pressure Washers Direct. Our web page for this pump says "Factory Direct; Ships in 2-5 Business Days; Factory items ship direct from the manufacturer. Shipping times vary."
You submitted your order on Saturday, 1/23; we transmitted the order the same day. It shipped on Monday, 1/25- so it went out in 1 business day (Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays). That is better than the Ships In 2-5 Business Days we promised!
A further check shows that UPS delivered it to you on Monday, February 1st; the 6th business day after you placed your order. They don't show any weather delays, so that should be typical for UPS.
The shaft cover is included with the pump by CAT; there was no additional charge for it.
