The power is equal to my Stihl gas model. The battery outlasts me. Somewhat heavy but good balance. The charger was very quick. So far, I am more than satisfied.

Had my gas trimmer stolen out of my shop, which I hated using anyway because it was loud and heavy. This unit is light, super powerful, you can talk and use it. I almost never post reviews about products but I am digging this trimmer. I'm very happy with the product. It came with the upgraded 1 hr charger which was a nice surprise!

My friend had purchase one, and I never though that a battery operated trimmer would do a decent job, so he showed me how it works at my home. I was truly amazed. I guess I am from the old school that if it wasn't gas, it couldn't have power. Once I used his, I purchased my own, but with an extra battery. I have a lot of property around the house to trim as well as, around the pond and creek. It did a real good job, and this weeding was very heavy duty.
I am glad I went for the second battery, because of such heavy working conditions each battery lasted for about 35 minutes, but after an hour and a bit more I couldn't do anymore if I wanted. The pond glass is over 4 feet tall and this took it away. I am sure with normal conditions it would last longer, but an extra battery is nice. Batteries charge fast. A little hard to tread spool wire, but that could be picked up with a little experience.

I've only had it a few weeks, but it lives up to the literature. I am impressed with the apparent quality.
A charge is enough to put the finishing touches on my yard and it's really quiet, which is nice after the noisy mower.
I'd be really reaching to find any gripes with this thing. I bought it because I was tired of using my corded line trimmer and the associated extension cord headaches.
No more of that. Just insert the battery and off I go. When I'm done, no more hassle with neatly putting up the extension cord. Just pop out the battery and put it on the charger.
I originally was seeking a 4-cycle gas model, but chose this one instead. So far, I am very pleased with my decision.

First review I've ever done on a product, but I think this product deserves input. Have used this trimmer two times now, and am very satisfied with the power this trimmer produces, powers thru tall grass no problem what so ever.
I was fatigued somewhat from weight of trimmer after 30 to 45 minute use, but won't stop me from using due to great performance and the freedom from constant gas trimmer starting issues. My gas trimmer is now in the trash can. I highly recommend.

Have used the Core string timmer 4/5 times now and it does a really good job, very pleased and to be honest surprised at how well it does. It has replace my commerical Stihl string timer. Wouild highly recommed this unit.
