Loads Up Grass In Mulcher Kit

Attaches easy and mulches good but loads up grass in mulcher attachment. Need to remove attachment periodically to remove built-up grass clippings otherwise, the mower will tend to leave a trail of uncut grass.

The blades are fine. The molded plastic piece doesn't fit right with the outer edge/channel in the deck. When cutting grass builds up and pushes the plastic out and then you end up with clumps of grass on the side of the chute. Have to remove mulch kit, clean out and then re-attach. It serves its purpose, but has to be cleaned frequently. Other Toro zero-turn I have has mulch kit made of stronger plastic and better fit.

Kit was easy to install an provided an excellent cut. All parts fit perfectly.
Only negative is the blades feel light and may not have a very long lifespan.

Great fit. Exactly as advertised. The downside is I have to mow at a slower speed. Makes sense, but sucks. The lawn looks very nice though.

I bought this kit for the 54" fabricated deck on my zero turn. I've used the side discharge and bagger and wanted a better solution. This kit works great! It leaves the lawn looking as good as the bagger, but without the hassle of emptying the bags and constantly cleaning a plugged chute. Install is easy as well.

With mulching kit installed, it is almost impossible to stay on the lawnmower. The openings on the spindles allows grass and dust through.
