What is Local Pickup?

Answer:

This and many other products are now available for order online and pickup at the Power Equipment Direct warehouse in Bolingbrook, Illinois or at a Ferguson location near you.

How Do I Update My Pickup Location?

Answer:

Your nearest pickup location within a 50-mile radius is automatically selected when you enter the site. To change your pickup location and see availability for other nearby locations, click the "Change Pickup Location" link on the product page or in the cart.

How Do I Place a Local Pickup Order?

Answer:

Eligible items will have the Local Pickup option available both on the product page and in the cart. Select this option for all items you wish to pick up. Please note that Local Pickup can only be scheduled online at this time.

When Can Items Be Picked Up?

Answer:

Items are usually ready for pickup the same day the online order is placed, but this will depend on order volume and time of day. When your order is ready, you will receive an email including specific pickup instructions. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder. Orders not picked up within two business days may be canceled. You should opt to have your items shipped if you cannot pick them up promptly.

Who Can Pick Up My Order?

Answer:

During checkout, you will be prompted to enter the name, mobile phone number, and email address of the person who will be picking up the order. For your protection, only you or your designated pickup party may pick up your order. You will need your order confirmation and a government-issued photo ID to pick up your order.

Why Can't I Select Local Pickup for Some Items?

Answer:

Not all items are available at all locations, so pickup availability will vary based on the selected store. Additionally, some items ship directly from our manufacturer partners and are not available for pickup. You can use the "Change Pickup Location" link to check for availability at nearby Local Pickup locations.

Why Can't I Select Shipping for Some Items?

Answer:

Due to packaging, shipping costs, and other factors, some items cannot be shipped and are offered exclusively through Local Pickup.

Which Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Answer:

Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and financing are accepted for Local Pickup orders.

What do I need to pick up my order?

Answer:

Make sure to have your order confirmation and a government-issued photo ID available when picking up your order. Check the item dimensions and ensure the items will fit in your vehicle. Bring any straps and other materials that will be needed to secure the items for transport.

Received the compressor promptly. Packaging was very good. My electrician hooked it up, I turned it on and it was quiet enough to have a normal conversation while standing right next to it. Very impressive unit. I still have to install an air pipe system so haven’t been able to put it to use. I really like the pressurized oil system and spin on oil filter, the silent air filtration system, the automatic drain, and the overall build quality. It is expensive but in this case you get what you pay for.

Machine is super quiet, like it's not even in the shop. Perfect for what I needed. I got the lifetime warranty for the pump which they just send you oil changes for the machine which is nice cause people never change the oil in them, they just run in the back and no one thinks about it. Everything looks to be put together well and have had no issues. We will see how it does over time.

This is one of the quietest air compressors I have ever used. You can stand right next to it and have a conversation. This impresses me even more so knowing the amount of air this compressor produces, it fills the tank in minutes, runs any tool effortlessly that I have connected to it. Wiring it was easy with the pre-wired panel mounted on the compressor. If you appreciate a high performance, quiet compressor this is the one for you!

I am very pleased with the compressor so far. The packaging was sturdy and shipped well. You have to run 6 gauge for wiring which is tricky to get into the box but once wired up it runs great. Very quiet and powerful. Only takes a few minutes to fill the tank when my other compressor could not even keep up with the use. Stone fabrication - running air polishers. Highly recommend. Only Con - does not come with a manual so all questions or trouble shooting has to be done online for research or videos (YouTube)

I was hoping to leave a five-star review but with the issues of the pump not being bolted down and the air fitting on the pump to the tank not being tightened down and blowing off unfortunately I cannot do that it seems like the quality control didn't even look at it they must have never even ran it to test because it couldn't even get up to 100 pounds before the pipe blew off. When you spend $4,000 a compressor you shouldn't have to fix it to use it it should be ready to rock and roll. The only quality thing I can say about it is the pump seems well built and the motor seems well built but without putting hours on it we won't know and now I have my doubts being I see the sloppy workmanship on the assembly of the thing.
