Compressor is pretty quiet even with the break-in oil in it, you can talk next to in at a normal level voice. Looks very well made, none of the bolts were lose when received unlike other blue compressors purchased in the past. Has either a very small oil leak at the oil pump housing or oil residue from filling at the factory. We look forward to many years of quiet use out of this unit. Only Con I have is slow processing of orders.

First off it's amazingly quiet, we have ours installed in the shop and I hardly ever notice it running. You can actually stand next to it and have a conversation or talk on the phone. Secondly, the recovery time is very fast, less than a minute. Unit appears to be built very well using premium materials by people who are proud of their product. Motor comes pre-wired with a starter, hook up was fast only needing a breaker and wiring to the unit.

This compressor is the best for the money. It's super quiet while running and builds pressure quickly. Will power any air tool out there with no issues. I would highly recommend this compressor to anybody looking to buy a compressor only one time.

We finally upgraded from a cheaper 60 gallon compressor and this EMAX is awesome. Very quite and regenerates very fast. The auto drain is a nice little bonus as well. Price is a little high but for a 5 year warranty it is worth it.
Our only issue was with the shipping company - R&L. They told us three times the compressor was on the truck for delivery and it never showed. They have the worst customer service when we called in to see where it was at.

I have had a lot of different air compressors and this one is by far the quietiest one I have ever owned.
Simple to hook up right out of the crate. It has all the features on it at a lower cost than other brands. If there was any issue it would be lead time- it was not in stock and had to wait approx. 3-4 weeks and we needed one in a hurry.

We purchased two. Excellent for noise reduction- we can stand in the room with the units and talk in a normal voice.
Only drawback is you have to use their oil and filters to maintain warranty so your locked into their oil and the costs for 5 years, but at the same time where do you get a 5 years full warranty, non-prorated.
