I just cleaned my wood deck covered in an unusually heavy load of pollen - it had turned bright yellow. This water broom was the right product to lift the sticky pollen and flush it over the side. Notes: I have a gas pump rated at 3200 psi at 2.3 gal/min. Blocking one of three nozzles seemed the ticket to get adequate flow and pressure. People have complained about clogged nozzles. I see that the instructions include the warning to flush the unit to remove possible fabrication debris and the package included a cute small wire loop with an end to use to clean the nozzles.

I like it. It works pretty good but it leaves small lines in between the sprayers. So u have to go back over it. Which takes extra time. If it would over lap or not have gaps in between the sprayers it would be excellent.

Like others, flushed first. Adjusting to all height settings, with a 4000 psi, 4gpm washer, was unable to get a wash without having 3 separate stripes. Then the new extension purchased, the o-ring in the quick connect failed and ended up in the middle nozzle. Unable to clear with 175psi air, tips cleaners etc. I recommend that the middle nozzle not be in line with the extension tubing, and the center nozzle is not as effective as the outer two. Will modify to work as it is less effort than fighting the wand pressure with one nozzle spraying.

I was really impressed with the quality and how heavy it was. I was super excited to use it but I don’t see any value it it. Unless you have a ton of grease/sand/dirt and it’s really thick then I could see some value but it’s just one more attachment to keep around. I have a 4400psi 4gpm pressure Washer. Plenty of power but the middle nozzle was useless and barley anything came out. Plugging it didn’t help the other two either.

I really think this could be a great product however within minutes one of the tips clogged. Even after flushing the unit (instructions say 30 seconds to remove debris from fabrication) for a couple of minutes as I had a new pressure washer also. The tips are 65’s so had nothing onsite to clean them with. Using only 2 tips/6” to 8” of coverage over 2400 sqft wasn’t an option. I’m going to try and order extra tips so maybe I can use it on my next project.

Great product! I have a Subaru 3200psi that I use with my TriKleener. With three nozzles I was able to clean my patio in record time. And for the moss, I just took off one of the nozzles and it blasted it off! Plus, I was rather dry and clean after completing the job. When do you ever stay dry and clean power washing?

This works great as a broom, which is as intended. My wife thinks it should also be a surface cleaner - it's not. I'm glad I bought it. I do wish there was a swivel option on the wheels and it can be a bit awkward to connect, but I'd buy it again.

I'm sorry you're having problems with your TriKleener. You may want to try backflushing the tip to dislodge any debris, and sometimes an un-bent paperclip or thin wire can be handy to clear the openings. We don't see a lot of complaints about these water brooms. You may want to give the folks at General Pump a call, toll-free, at (888) 474-5487 to see if they have suggestions that will improve the performance in your particular circumstances. Unfortunately, at this time it is past our 30-day return policy. This unit has a 90-day Factory Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

This is an OK product but doesn't work well on a real dirty driveway. Even at the lowest height, the 65 degree nozzles don't clean well on concrete. And this was after I removed and plugged one of the nozzles. I will admit that my pressure washer is not the strongest but at 3,000 PSI and 2.7 GPM it is well within the specs. I have a brick paver patio that the unit did do well on so maybe it's just dirty concrete that's the problem. I also have a round disk concrete cleaner from the same manufacturer but the bearing went out. It also uses two nozzles and does a much better job when it works. Lastly, I will add that my order was processed timely and my item delivered within an acceptable time frame. Kudos to Pressure Washers Direct for this.
