Hard to turn on and off

Great ball valve, but it’s hard to turn on and off after a few uses and yes it was lubricated. It’s a pain to turn on and off later in a long shift. If the handle was a bit longer it would be great. Ball valve itself holds up great and doesn’t leak like many I have used.

This is a very well made ball valve, holds up very well, and has not developed a leak like many I have had.
Con. Which I hear has been fixed is the ability to turn it on and off during use. I have one that has served me very well, except it is a bear to turn on or off during a job. After a years use it still does not leak, just hope the on/off feature has been corrected.

I bought this about a month or so ago and after not even one use it cannot move at all. Mid job it just stopped moving completely and afterwards we spent time trying to twist/move it but no one could do it even with pliers. The build quality is solid but it is completely unusable and a waste of money because you can’t turn it. I really wish I could return or get a refund at least.

Love these valves for the most part, the only downside is the ease of use on/off, handle can be very hard to open and close later in the shift. Have tried a little WD and it helps for a while, but the hard to turn issue returns. Other than that it’s a good valve, doesn’t leak like others I’ve tried.

These valves were crap right out of the box. They were very hard to turn and only lasted a week before they wouldn't turn at all. I tried loosening the ends and lubrication, made no difference.

Valve stopped turning after first use

I bought this to make it easier to switch my attachments without having to turn off my machine. Using it for the first time was fine until I wasn’t able to turn the handle by hand anymore. Ended up taking it off and going back to my old setup. Upon inspection of the valve I noticed looking through it that when it’s in the open setting that it’s not straight through.

It is very hard to twist the top part to shut the water off have put wd 40 and pb blaster on it to loosen it up and still is super hard to turn.

Very nice product, had no issues assembling it (3 pieces). The problem is that you need to have hands of steel to turn the valve. Since that’s the entire point of this accessory it’s a pain and shouldn’t be as hard to turn as it is.
