Being a John Deere dealer for 30 years, I can truly fully say that the quality of this mower is equivalent to or better than the John Deere we sold. I might add that John Deere did not have O turns at that time.

I love this mower. It is better than advertised. I guarantee if you buy this mower you won’t be disappointed. There is no other mower in this price range that can match the quality and performance.

Mows ok. Rides ok. Mows better going backwards which you have to do a lot because one pass doesn’t get it all.

I unboxed the delivery and it had a flat tire. The control panel was also not on correctly and I had to remove it to fix it. The deck had a snapped deck pulley bolt and the pulley was just loose sitting on the deck (still need to order parts to fix this). I bought this mower as I have two other mowers. One is in the shop and one I have to work on each time I use it. I got tired of working on mowers so I bought this one as a replacement of my 2018 Z254F and I expected to not have any issues but this one is worse than my 2018. Horrible experience and I greatly regret buying this. I'm hoping not to find any more issues but I need to wait for my parts to arrive so I can fix it before I am even able to use it and find out if it has additional problems.

Brand new mower, right out of the box- has brake and electrical problems. Brakes sticky to release and 20 amp fuses pops when PTO engaged. Owner’s manual has no references to deeper troubleshooting. All recommended Husky dealers in my city won’t take this mower for warranty work, or lead times are greater than a month. Mowers Direct was no help, will not return due to "having fuel in it, illegal to ship". That's bull. There are shipping companies that will ship lawn equipment provided fuel is drained. I even offered to ship it back at my expense, "Nope, we won’t take it".
Not one blade of grass cut but I get to work on the electrical issues on this mower at the risk of voiding the warranty. Know that if you buy lawn equipment from this company, you are on your own once the product delivers and you can’t get service locally. The rep tried to give some limited technical advice, she was professional, but they don't have any authority to make real decisions. I paid good money for a product that does not meet my expectations. It’s a shame this retailer won’t go the extra mile to be creative and help a customer.

We apologize that the unit is having issues and had to be brought to a service center. Engine-powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty. I have had a problem every time I turned on the ignition it would blow the 20 amp fuse, I unplugged the lights and that got it to crank up. The light bar has a short in the wiring, should I remove an return it? Otherwise the mower works just fine. Though the steering is kind of stiff. Thanks for the great shipping.

This machine when uncrated had a flat on the front left tire, one of the gauge wheels was "out of round" and the manual is outdated - other than that all seems ok. The price was right and time will tell on quality.
