Emailing your support team with trouble shooting questions does not work, the warranty is not explained anywhere, Loud/a lot louder and bigger than the older one I had...You do not have a list of any contractors who can repair it.

This product works great for my shop and fits perfectly in the tight space I had set aside for it. I use 3/4 and 1 inch impact guns in my shop and it has had plenty of air to power them.

I been using this compressor in my shop for 18 months, so far, everything has been fine with it. Great product, quality is clearly identified. Have received good advice from professionals who offer services at my shop.
Power consumption has been comparable with a smaller model from another brand, 220v, this one is 3 phase 208 volts.

I purchased my new Ingersoll Rand compressor from Air Compressors Direct and was told one thing and received a unit and not the right equipment to get compressor up and running.
