- Permanently Lubricated Motor
- The motor on the HD125 has a permanent, long lasting lubricant straight from the factory. This means that the motor never has to be oiled, reducing maintenance costs, general wear and tear, and operational noise.
- Power Venting System
- The power venting system quickly and efficiently brings flue exhaust from the unit heater to the outdoors, and requires minimal installation labor. This keeps installation related costs as low as possible.
- Baked Polyester Paint

Was needing a heater to take the chill off my shop. I installed it myself. With a little help of my wench to get it to my 12ft ceiling... shop is 26x30. Was done in no time. Started up first time with no problems. Temp out side around 38* . It took about 20min. To bring the temperature up to 68*. Works great.

I decided to do the installation myself so I spent a little more to buy the 125K rather than the 75K unit. Straight forward installation if you have a solid understanding of plumbing and electrical along with some mechanical smarts for the mounting. Excellent product. It burns clean, quiet and raised my insulated 24x50x13ft ceiling garage 20 degrees in 45 minutes. I believe I will be happy with this heater for many winters to come!!!

In about 2 hrs had it up an running no problems. Very surprised how Quiet this unit is. Heats 50x50 14 foot ceiling no problem.

I researched for weeks for a shop heater. When I found the Modine and read the review and the history of the company I was sold. Heater was delivered on time no damage to the unit. As far as the heater it woks great. My shop is 25x45 and 18’ ceilings with mostly r-11 insulation it usually takes 30 mins to raise it from 30 degrees to 65 I highly recommend.

I have had the 60K HDS unit installed in my wood shop for just over a week now. It is working great. The area I am heating is 25 x 24 with 12 ft ceiling. We have had temps under 20F and it maintains 50 easily, hardly ever running. It can also get it up to 60 quickly when I am working in the shop.
