I have used extension wands before and I knew that the 144" ext wand was two 6ft lengths. It is a good buy and because it has a quick connect it will have more flex because of the joint connection when you lift it. I decided to go with this so I could reach my one and two story gutters. I had to reduce my BE pressure washer speed to reduce the pressure because when you pull the trigger at 18ft you get whiplash. You can also use a chemical tip and that is useful too to clean gutters. I have some recessed and hard to reach gutters that needed this quick connect system rather than purchasing a telescoping extension pole. Both will give you whiplash at the working end. I have to climb a step ladder to get in position to reach my recessed gutters and a heavier telescoping pole would not work there.

It is quite hard to attach and remove the extension rod from the spray washer other than this, it is most useful.

This wand extension is actually 2 extensions in one. It is not a single 12' wand extension but rather 2 - 6' sections. You can use a single 6' wand extension or join both sections for the 12' total length. Yes, there is a little flex where the 2 sections are joined by quick disconnects. Yes, the 12' extension requires a little more effort and muscle to control where the water stream is desired. The 2 - 6' sections do make it easier to store and transport than a single 12' extension.
