Only issue was the delivery took a month (the website said 7 days). It arrived as expected, had to buy a battery as expected. After 3 weeks of use, had to tighten almost every bolt on the unit. Overall it works great.

This washer version with the cat pump is amazing, especially in comparison to the similar version with the HP pump…I bought my first one a little over a year ago for our business and it has run so smoothly that we just ordered a second one to replace our second washer which had the different pump than the cat pump. They always start right up the first time and they run soundly, much quieter than any other washer I have used. This can be a plus when working in neighborhoods and a job runs later into the evening, it’s much quieter and doesn’t bother the neighbors coming home from work. No issues thus far with the item. The only issue I have ever had was with the first washer order last year. I bought the start your own business pack with the washer which comes with a surface cleaner and other starter items…the washer arrived quickly and timely with no problems. However, the other accessories came at different delivery times, and a couple of things got separated from the initial bundle in freight. I called the company and explained what happened and they made sure to ship me replacements ASAP. So, concluding thoughts: excellent product, excellent shipping time on the actual washer, and excellent customer service where there was mishaps. I will always use this company for our business needs from here on out. You will not be disappointed!!!

Machine was delivered freight, no damage, unloaded, put some ethanol-free gas in & the oil provided, hooked her up to some water, turned the key, and was very pleased! This machine is very heavy! So make sure you have a flatbed with the ramp or van with a ramp since you will not be able to lift by yourself, other than that, great machine!

We are a commercial pressure cleaning service and we need a dedicated machine to just clean the floor surfaces using the Whisper Wash Classic and Ground Force. This unit turned out to be just what we needed. On our other pressure washers we use the ZK7 unloader, so we changed the installed VTR3 unloader for the ZK7-1 on the EB4040.
