Received pump very well. They did very well however, they sent the wrong hardware to mount the pump to the adapter plate and had to go out and buy hardware to make the connection.

Purchased this pump with the bypass to replace one that failed without the bypass. Unit seems to be working satisfactorily. Have about 5 hours on it w/ no issues.
Called the factory service rep to guide me through converting from horizontal mount to vertical and installed it correctly. Thanks to all.

My Excell EXHA 2425 pump failed and this was a reasonably priced replacement (upgrade). It arrived quickly and was a straight bolt on install. I had a couple of questions for tech support and was answered same day. Works way better than original. I couldn't be happier with pump and PWD.

After 13 years, the pump on my Excell XR 2500 pressure washer decided it had had enough and quit. Purchased the replacement pump from PWD and it couldn't have been any easier to install.
You can find directions anywhere on the internet, and even watch a video on YouTube. You will have to pick-up a 3/16 square key-way, at any hardware store, and since this pump comes with an unloader valve you should consider a pressure gauge.
The pump comes with oil in it, and has more psi than the original. 15 minute project tops.
