I Would Try A Different Model/Brand

I thought by paying twice as much for a Quincy brand, I would be getting a high quality dryer. This one is not made by Quincy. The manual was obviously written by a non-native English translator. The readout is impossible to read or decipher without the poorly written manual, which for most problems state "contact your tech support".
At 2000 hours, an error code displays "SE", which apparently means maintenance is due. Carefully following the manual's instructions, I cannot get this error code to reset. Air Compressors Direct directed me to Quincy for technical support, but Quincy doesn't answer their phone or emails.
Oh well, I guess this unit will show the error code for the rest of it's life, which likely won't be long judging by it's poor fit and finish. Then I'll buy another brand with a simple temp gauge on the front for half the price.

Expert Response
I am so sorry you are having issues with your air dryer. Even though your 1 year Factory Warranty through Quincy was done on 3/10/17 they should still have answered your questions about the error code reset.
I will contact our rep at Quincy and ask them to contact you directly with the information you requested. We appreciate your business, and apologize for the inconvenience.
UPDATE: Quincy responded the same day to this customer: "The SE code is a timer that has expired, this will not effect the operation of the unit, but simply reminds you to check the dryer out to make sure there are no visible issues, and to clean the coils on the condenser. It can be reset following the steps in the attachment.
The warranty on the QPNC dryer from Quincy is 2 years from the date of shipment from the factory. In the event of an issue with the unit, you will need to contact your local servicing distributor. You can locate them using the sales and service locator on quincycompressor.com."
I've updated our QPNC pages to reflect the better warranty period. Many thanks to the folks at Quincy for their quick response!
