Toro Changed The Best
By Gold Battle E
Nebraska
Review Posted 02/18/2025
My 2017 721-C kicks snow's butt while sipping gas. This little blower handles 24" of snow in Nebraska like it's nothing. So, of course Toro would discontinue what works very, very well. All I do is change the oil every season. My neighbors have behemoth blowers and they all want my "old" Toro - it runs circles around them, much easier to use and makes quick work of any snowfall. Love it.

This Thing Is Awesome

This snowblower is small enough to put in and out of the back of my pick up. I've taken this blower through 16" of powder and 10" of wet snow and it didn't flinch! I was looking at the Honda 720 but this thing came in over $100 cheaper and works as good if not better.

More Of A Question

Would anyone know why my Toro Power Clear 721 pulls to the hard to the left? It is almost unusable to clear a driveway.

Expert Response
Thanks for leaving your feedback! From the sounds of it, the paddles may be installed incorrectly. Please look over them to ensure that they are, in fact, installed correctly. If everything appears to check out, then I would contact a local Toro service center for troubleshooting and possible repair under warranty.

A list of certified service centers in your area may be found HERE (there's quite a few). Your business is greatly appreciated, and we are always available to answer any questions and/or address any concerns you may have by contacting us directly. We hope to work with you again soon, thank you.

Perfect For My Paver Driveway
By Howard A.
Aurora, Colorado
Purchased 11/26/2018 |
Review Posted 01/28/2019
Was wary of using a traditional steel bladed 2 or 3-stage snowblower on my brick paver driveway. Sensitive to the damage, be it real or imagined I chose the Toro Power Clear 721 R-C. Knowing that I'll exchange snow clearing volume for the safety of these brick pavers. I chose this one based on reputation, price, engine size, and the fact that it is a commercial grade machine.

Assembly was straightforward although the supplied instructions are cryptic without poor illustrations. The startup was a piece of cake, second pull initial start. The performance made me very happy. Three snowfalls ranging from 2 - 7 inches, no problem whatsoever. Even chewed through the *heavy* packed pile of snow the plowman left in front of my driveway. The only con is the manual chute control not being accessible from the back of the unit.

Totally Satisfied!

Received on time. Easy to assemble. And most importantly the initial start-up was on the second pull! Doesn’t get any better than that. Now, I just need snow to really give it a workout! A great product that should last 10 years.

Toro 721 RC
By Gregory P.
Fresh Meadows, New York
Purchased 10/31/2018 |
Review Posted 11/23/2018
The Toro 721 RC arrived in a timely manner in good condition. I was a little disappointed it did not come with a manual on how to put it together. It only had a piece of paper with some crummy pictures. I couldn't tell which side of the screw to put washers on. After getting it all together I had to take it apart because washers were on the wrong side of the screw. Also, when you attach the handle the screws are long enough to gouge the plastic in the body of the blower. I didn't buy it for looks so no big deal, just waiting for the snow to see how it performs.

First Snowfall, Great Snow Blower!
By Christopher H.
Kansas City, Missouri
Purchased 09/07/2018 |
Review Posted 11/16/2018
I finally got a chance to use my new Toro! (bought it last Summer). It started on the first pull (used stabilized non-ethanol gas) and worked so much better than my old (21-year-old) Toro 5 HP unit. This is a wonderful product and I’m awaiting the next heavy snow! It is noticeable with the commercial upgrade. Glad I did it!
